We look forward to receiving your rental application online at rentfranklinquare.com. Once your completed application is received, the approval process should only take 24-48 hours in most cases. Our leasing professionals will walk you through the application process and are happy to answer any of your questions.
You can make your rent payments easily by using your residence portal. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and bank accounts
Yes, for your safety, renter's insurance is required. We reccommend our third party provider, ResidentShield, as we've already done the work to negotiate the best rates!
Yes! We allow 2 pets per home. We also have a dog park with agility equipment for your furry friends on site, which is located between the townhomes and apartments.
Our spacious kitchens are fully equipped with a stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, microwave and electric range. Our apartments and lofts come with luxury vinyl plank flooring, as well as a washer and dryer. Our townhomes have a single-car garage and a private driveway. Check out our amenities here!
Yes! We have on-site maintenance available 24/7. You can submit a maintenance request through the resident portal and our team will work to respond within 24 hours. Any emergencies must call our emergency maintenance line and will be handled within the hour.
Yes! We offer fully furnished units to our residents for an additional monthly cost.
